Enquiry about a Tree
“Hey, man, why should you seek
Elsewhere the image of your own?
The picture you take of me is not me.
I AM how I feel when alone
To be what I’m supposed to be.
Tattling birds cast no shadow
On my inner felicity:

About the Author:
Wang Changling, aka Celestial Gem of Seven Stars Poetry Translation Society, teaches at the School of Foreign Studies, Anhui Normal University. Much into translation, she co-translated four books, and translated two anthologies of poetry. She has been awarded twice for Excellent C/E Translation in Han Suyin Award for Young Translators (2009, 2018). Her motto: I translate, therefore I am.

各位翻译方面的专家学者、爱好者：
《译者诗选（双语版）》，即日起向国内外翻译方面的专家学者，爱好者，征集原创中文诗歌(并附译文)。具体要求如下：
一、投稿者要求
1. 欢迎国内外翻译方面的专家学者和爱好者投稿。
2. 非翻译者请勿投稿。
二、投稿须知
1.选取自己中文原创诗歌代表作8首（发表与否不限）并自行翻译为外文，
2.每首中文原创诗歌要求20行以内。
3.现代诗歌和古诗词原创均可。
4.优中选优，从8首诗里选取3-5首诗歌。
5.请word文档进行编辑。
6.中文正文：宋体，正文五号字，标题小四。
7.双语简介150字以内。
8.投稿内容应为本人创作，严禁侵犯他人版权，文责自负。
