秋江的晚上
归巢的鸟儿，
尽管是倦了，
还驮着斜阳回去。
双翅一翻，
把斜阳掉在江上；
头白的芦苇，
也妆成一瞬的红颜了。
Autumn Dusk on the River
A homing bird
Though fatigued
Bears back the setting sun
A sudden flap of wings
Drops the sun onto the river
Dyeing the reeds’ white hairs
Transiently rosy
译论：这首小诗很清新，也颇有意趣。翻译的主要难点在于结尾“头白”和“红颜”的语义双关，拙译使用white和rosy形成对比，差强人意，不足以传递原文神韵。
邮 吻
我不是不能用指头儿撕，
我不是不能用剪刀儿剖，
只是缓缓地
轻轻地
很仔细地挑开了紫色的信唇；
我知道这信唇里面，
藏著她秘密的一吻。
从她底很郑重的折叠里，
我把那粉红色的信笺，
很郑重地展开了。
我把她很郑重地写的
一字字一行行，
一行行一字字地,
很郑重地读了。
我不是爱那一角模糊的邮印，
我不是爱那幅精致的花纹，
只是缓缓地
轻轻地
很仔细地揭起那绿色的邮花；
我知道这邮花背後，
藏著她秘密的一吻。
A Kiss Posted to Me
Not that I cannot tear it open with my fingers
Or cut it open with scissors
I just
Slowly
Gently
And carefully
Open the purple seal-lip
Knowing that beneath it
Hides a secret kiss of hers,
Seriously I unfolded
The pink letter paper
Seriously folded by her
Earnestly I read
The letter
Earnestly written by her
Word by word
Line by line
Not that I love the blurred stamp
Or the delicate pattern
I just
Slowly
Gently
And carefully
Ease the green stamp off
Knowing that on its back
Hides a secret kiss of hers
译论：这首诗以小巧的诗行和简单的用词叙事抒情，立意巧妙，抓住几个细微的动作，具有很强的动态画面感，将几个深情瞬间刻画得淋漓尽致。诗人用笔细腻传神，在舒缓的节奏中描绘出恋人的心中涟漪。拙译力求再现原诗在用词、句式和节奏上的这种风格，是否再现了原诗意境，还要读者来检验。
作者简介About the Author
刘大白（1880～1932），中国诗人，原名金庆棪，后改姓刘，名靖裔，字大白，别号白屋。浙江绍兴人。与鲁迅先生是同乡好友，现代著名诗人，文学史家。
Liu Dabai（1880～1932), Chinese poet. He was originally named Jin Qingyan, and later Liu Jingyi, alias Baiwu, Dabai being his courtesy name. He was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, also the birthplace of Mr. Lu Xun, one of his good friends. He was a renowned modern Chinese poet and historian of literature.

About the Translator
石永浩（Anthony Shi），山东财经大学外国语学院副教授，爱好文学翻译，尤好散文、诗词翻译。任混语版《世界诗人》杂志客座总编、美国双语诗刊《诗殿堂》副主编。在《世界诗人》《诗殿堂》《人民日报》等纸版及电子版刊物发表多篇翻译作品，翻译著作一部（山东画报出版社出版）。
Shi Yonghao (Anthony Shi), associate professor of Shandong University of Finance and Economics. His major interests are in literary translation, especially essay and poetry translation. He is Guest Editor of The World Poets Quarterly, and Associate Editor of Poetry Hall. Some of his translations have been published on The World Poets Quarterly，Poetry Hall, People’s Daily, etc. A translation work was published by Shandong Pictorial Publishing House.
